As a Clinical Success Consultant, you'll empower hospital teams by guiding them through seamless onboarding and product launches, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our Rapid software platform. You'll be the key point of contact, providing expert training, navigating support, and workflow optimization. Joining the team, you will....
- Support all internal users and external customers with product training, knowledge, and expertise in disease specific program and care milestones.
- Guide hospital customers through onboarding and launch processes, including but not limited to Rapid mobile, web app, Insights, and new products, ensuring a seamless transition to the Rapid software platform.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders, acting as main point of contact for inquiries and product support
- Design and develop end-to-end workflows for disease specific content.
- Track AHA guidelines, industry standards and trends related to disease specific workflows.
- Proactively monitor and analyze hospital usage, Rapid mobile adoption and workflow data to identify potential issues and opportunities for optimization.
- Collect, analyze, and communicate top customer product adoption issues/competency gaps and design interventions
- Use data analytics for territory analysis to create and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.
- Cultivate client success stories and testimonials by showcasing the positive impact of the Rapid solution.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely renewals and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that support the evolving needs of the Clinical Success team
What you bring to the team!
- BS/MS in Nursing
- 3+ years disease-specific leadership or experience in hospital customer success function
- Neurovascular leadership strongly preferably stroke program coordinator, manager
- 5 years of disease-specific acute clinical care experience with at least one of the following: Stroke/PE/STEMI/emergency department leadership
- Previous clinical experience in medical device/SaaS industry a bonus
- Advanced disease-specific certification: SCRN/CCRN strongly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office a must: PowerPoint , Excel, Word.
- Ability to aggregate and analyze data for decision-making and presentations
- Exceptional customer-facing and presentation skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once seamlessly
- Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
