The Role:

We are looking for a Clinician Success Manager to ensure Ambience becomes clinicians' first choice across our healthcare partners. This strategic role is responsible for building relationships with influential clinical leaders, converting clinicians into passionate advocates, and driving sustained adoption through clinical champion engagement. Acting as the voice of the clinician, you'll identify workflow optimizations that deliver quantifiable outcomes while creating scalable engagement frameworks that become team-wide best practices. If you're passionate about transforming healthcare through strategic clinical relationship management and measurable impact, this role is for you.

This role requires up to 30% travel. Travel will include onsite support during key customer events, and stakeholder meetings across the U.S. All travel expenses are covered in accordance with Ambience’s travel policy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Transform Clinical Champions into Movement Leaders: You'll identify and cultivate relationships with the most influential clinical stakeholders in each account. You'll convert these key stakeholders into active advocates who champion Ambience amongst their colleagues, creating a ripple effect that drives widespread adoption across the clinical population.

  • Architect Clinical Success at Scale: You'll quickly map the stakeholders at each account, establishing yourself as the trusted advisor to clinical leadership. Through strategic touchpoints, you'll transform initial skepticism into sustained enthusiasm, ensuring strong utilization amongst providers who regularly use our platform.

  • Drive Measurable Clinical ROI: You'll own the metrics that matter most to clinical success monitoring performance, implementing targeted interventions when needed and working in partnership with Care Transformation Executives to evangelize Ambience’s ROI with customers

  • Revolutionize Clinical Workflows: Acting as the voice of the clinician, you'll identify and implement meaningful workflow optimizations that deliver quantifiable efficiency gains and make clinicians' lives tangibly better. You'll systematically capture clinical insights and translate them into product improvements, directly influencing our roadmap while creating scalable engagement playbooks that become team-wide best practices.

  • Build the Future of Clinical Engagement: You won't just manage relationships—you'll design repeatable systems for clinical success. Your frameworks will become the gold standard for how we engage clinical stakeholders, ensuring every clinician who touches Ambience experiences the same exceptional journey from skeptic to advocate to evangelist.

Who You Are:

  • You bring deep healthcare SaaS expertise. You have 5+ years of experience in healthcare SaaS, clinical implementation, or client success in a provider-facing role, giving you the foundation to understand and navigate complex healthcare technology environments.

  • You are a proven champion of clinician success. You have a demonstrated track record of supporting physicians and operational leaders through workflow coaching, acknowledging and addressing feedback, and driving increasing, long-term adoption and sustained success of digital health solutions.

  • You excel at driving adoption and engagement. You have extensive experience managing go-lives, supporting high-impact rollouts, and can point to measurable outcomes like utilization rates and significant gains in clinician satisfaction. You know what it takes to get clinicians not just using technology, but loving it.

  • You understand clinical workflows inside and out. You can walk through common bottlenecks in provider-facing tech, know how to spot friction points before they become problems, and have a proven history of improving workflows in direct collaboration with frontline clinicians. You're fluent in clinical terminology and can communicate seamlessly with healthcare professionals in their language.

  • You command respect across all levels of leadership. You bring strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, comfortable building trust with clinical, operational, and executive leaders. You've successfully aligned priorities across functions and have a track record of converting skeptics into champions.

  • You are a clear communicator and exceptional partner. You translate complex user needs into actionable insights, influence internal teams effectively, and consistently share insights that shape both product direction and strategic decisions.

  • You are mission-aligned, data-driven, and impact-focused. You care deeply about improving healthcare delivery and are genuinely excited to help clinicians reclaim time and focus through AI-powered tools. You approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, using data to identify opportunities and measure success. This isn't just a job for you, rather it's about transforming healthcare through measurable outcomes.
