About Us

Stromasys is the premier provider of enterprise-grade legacy hardware emulation solutions, helping organizations migrate, modernize, and maintain critical systems in the cloud. As an AWS Migration and Modernization Competency partner, we empower companies to lift and shift their mission-critical legacy workloads to AWS, Azure, OCI, and Google Cloud without the need for risky application refactoring.

Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy Cloud Alliances Sales Manager in the USA or UK to own the strategic relationships and growth of our partnerships with AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP. This role is crucial to driving joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, accelerating co-sell opportunities, and expanding our footprint within the hyperscaler partner ecosystems. You will act as the primary liaison between Stromasys and the hyperscaler sales and field teams, driving revenue through joint engagement and marketplace adoption.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Alliance Management: Develop and execute a strategic GTM plan with AWS, Azure, OCI, and GPC to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

· Co-Sell Execution: Actively engage with Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and field sellers to drive joint pipeline, conduct account mapping, and lead co-sell initiatives.

· Marketplace Growth: Drive transactions through the cloud Marketplaces, streamlining the procurement process for legacy migration projects.

· Partner Enablement: Train and enable internal sales teams on the value proposition of our cloud partners and educate partner field teams on Stromasys’s ability to accelerate cloud migrations.

· Pipeline & Metric Tracking: Own the joint pipeline of channel-sourced opportunities, managing deal registration and tracking KPIs such as partner-influenced revenue.

· Relationship Building: Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders at our cloud partners to ensure Stromasys is top-of-mind for legacy migration opportunities

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in cloud partnerships, channel sales, or business development, specifically managing relationships with AWS or Microsoft.

· Cloud Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud technologies and ecosystem programs (e.g., AWS ACE, AWS Marketplace, Microsoft Partner Center).

· Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels and co-selling with hyperscalers.

· Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate external partners.

· Technical Familiarity: Understanding of legacy infrastructure (SPARC, Alpha, PDP-11, VAX) and migration methodologies is a plus.

· Tools: Experience with partner management portals.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in SaaS or infrastructure software partnerships.

· Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner)
