Role Summary
- We are seeking a seasoned Techno Functional Application Manager with a minimum of 15+ years of experience who will act as both a Principal Application Lead and a Business Consultant/Analyst.
- This hybrid role balances deep technical leadership in application development and enhancements with a strategic bridge function between application teams and Customer.
- The role ensures seamless alignment of application designs with strong IT Technologies knowledge and Customer Acumen
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership & Application Development Provide hands-on leadership over design, development, enhancements, and production support across enterprise applications. Lead deep-dive technical analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex issues.
- Enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices including secure integration and compliance.
- Conduct design and code reviews; mentor senior developers and technical teams.
- Drive large-scale enhancement initiatives ensuring measurable business impact and high-quality delivery within timelines. Identify and implement automation, modernization, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- End-to-End SDLC & Delivery Management Lead the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)—Requirement, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support—aligned with Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Govern release management, change management, and production readiness.
- Drive process improvements for quality, predictability, and release stability. Application & Infrastructure Alignment Act as the primary liaison between application (including .NET, SQL Server, Oracle) and infrastructure teams (network, security, platform).
- Design, validate, and govern deployment and runbook patterns for CI/CD pipelines, containers, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and release orchestration. Ensure secure, compliant integration of Oracle ERP and cloud workloads across Oracle Cloud, AWS, and GCP.
