Team Coordination:
Supervise daily operations of 2–3 Project Owners and 6–8 Project Coordinators. Define daily targets, track performance, and provide regular updates.
Operational Management:
Use tools like software or Excel to monitor and streamline execution processes.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams such as Design and Customer Delight for smooth project execution.
BOM Review:
Analyze and validate Solar Bill of Materials.
Project TAT & Profitability:
Support the Customer Success Owner in achieving timely project delivery and maximizing profit margins.
Follow-ups & Escalations:
Ensure rigorous tracking of project milestones and stakeholder follow-ups.
Customer Relationship Management:
Handle queries, ensure smooth communication, and achieve customer delight.
Installation Monitoring:
Offer support to on-ground installation teams—both locally and across cities via remote monitoring tools.
KPI Management:
Set performance KPIs and ensure team adherence.
Team Development:
Encourage learning and development for continuous upskilling of the team.

Material Management:
Track procurement needs in coordination with the Purchase team.
Recruitment:
Support the hiring process for Project Coordinators when needed.

Occasional intercity travel based on project needs
