Commercial Account Manager / Commercial CSR
Location: Rye Brook, NY or Madison, CT
Compensation: $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience
Work model: In-office onboarding, with hybrid flexibility available after an initial ramp-up period based on demonstrated independence
An established independent insurance agency is hiring a Commercial Account Manager / Commercial CSR to support a sophisticated Commercial Lines book. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced agency professional who enjoys building client relationships, managing complex service work, and working in a collaborative, relationship-driven environment.



Key Responsibilities
What you will do
  • Manage and support Commercial Lines client relationships.
  • Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, coverage documentation, and ongoing account service.
  • Partner with producers, carriers, and internal colleagues to deliver responsive, high-quality client support.
  • Use AMS360 to maintain accurate account records and manage service workflows.
  • Support a diverse commercial book with meaningful exposure to complex property and real-estate-related accounts.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What we are looking for
  • Active Property & Casualty license in New York or Connecticut.
  • At least three years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
  • Experience as a Commercial Account Manager, Commercial CSR, or similar commercial client-service professional.
  • Hands-on AMS360 experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
  • Comfort working in the office during onboarding and collaborating closely with an established agency team.
