Leavitt Pacific Insurance Brokers is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Manager / Team Lead to serve as a technical leader within our Commercial Lines department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex accounts while mentoring others, improving workflows, and helping shape the future of a growing agency.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll manage a complex commercial book of business while serving as a resource and mentor for our Commercial Lines team. You'll work closely with Producers and agency leadership to improve processes, strengthen service standards, and help develop the next generation of Account Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain a complex commercial lines book of business

  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Commercial Account Managers

  • Review complex renewals and assist with challenging coverage and carrier issues

  • Help improve workflows, efficiencies, and department processes

  • Monitor service standards and quality expectations

  • Partner with Producers to develop solutions for clients

  • Assist leadership with workload balancing and department initiatives

  • Support employee development through coaching and training

  • Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience

  • Extensive experience managing complex commercial accounts

  • Active California Property & Casualty License

  • Leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of commercial coverages, carrier relationships, and marketing strategies

  • Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management systems

  • Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM, CRIS, or similar preferred.

Compensation

$130,000–$160,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience, plus eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses and new business commissions.
