Commercial Account Manager

We are currently seeking a Commercial Account Manager to manage and grow an established customer base while developing new business within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Develop new business within assigned territory
  • Meet or exceed sales and profit goals
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Present new products and programs to customers
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent service
  • Monitor sales trends and customer performance
  • Work closely with inside sales, operations, and credit teams
  • Maintain accurate customer and pricing information
  • Communicate market pricing and competitive activity to management

 Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of sales or account management experience required
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or a CRM system preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Fuel, lubricant, automotive, or industrial sales experience is a plus
