More about our mission and what we offer.

Job Description

The Mission: Build the Marketplace Vertical

We are looking for a driven, self-starting Senior Commercial Lead to drive GTM for Online Platforms. You will be responsible for co-creating and launching our first few partners across new verticals (like marketplaces, education, travel etc.) This is not a "maintenance" role; it is a "build and scale" mission for a commercial operator who thrives in ambiguity and loves winning.

The Responsibility:

  • Product Partnership: Conduct deep-discovery jointly with the global Product team, help define the pain-points, the features and the positioning required to win complex marketplace platforms.

  • GTM Strategy: Design the commercial strategy for marketplaces—pricing, positioning, legal contract and partnership models.

  • The First Win: Lead the charge in securing our first marketplace partner, managing the complex stakeholder requirements and technical discovery.

  • Scale the Playbook: Once the first partner is live, document the "win" and build the sales motion to dominate this vertical.

Qualifications

A bit about you:

  • The Self-Starter: You don’t wait for a playbook; you write it. You are comfortable with a blank sheet of paper and have the grit to figure things out.

  • Senior Operator: You have extensive experience in a commercial leadership role, ideally in Fintech, Payments, or SaaS, with a proven track record of hitting aggressive targets

  • Marketplace know-how: You are able to quickly set-up discovery calls and workshops with some of the largest regional marketplaces to kick-start our GTM on marketplaces.

  • Strategic & Technical: You can talk "API integration" with a CTO and "LTV/CAC" with a CEO. You understand the nuances of payment flows and marketplace economics.

  • Regulatory and risk: You can navigate regulatory framework, understand licensing requirements, work with compliance and risk teams to get to a workable solution.

  • Closing Instinct: You are a "hunter" at heart who loves the thrill of the deal but has the sophistication to manage long-term strategic partnerships.
