WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Commercial Manager at EOS IT Solutions, you will lead the commercial strategy and execution for major programs, ensuring robust costing, effective resource planning, and strong contractual and cost compliance. This is an operationally focused commercial role - not a sales function - and is critical aligned to the successful delivery of our Data Centre Operations. You will partner with globally based operational leaders, contribute to commercial governance, and ensure financial integrity across all assigned initiatives. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that support project and organizational objectives for both EOS & our customers. 
  • Manage costing, pricing models, budget planning, revenue, P&L and resource allocation across multiple programs. 
  • Oversee and input on bid processes, evaluate proposals, and support vendor selection. 
  • Draft, review, and refine Statements of Work (SOWs) and other commercial or legal documentation. 
  • Continuously monitor financial performance, report variances, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks. 
  • Ensure compliance with internal commercial processes, governance frameworks, and industry standards. 
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to align commercial, operational, and financial priorities. 
  • Provide strategic commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders. 
  • Provide weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reporting to Senior Leadership on top-down commercial performance on each program. 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Degree in Business, Commercial Management, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in commercial management, ideally within Data Centre or large-scale technical projects. Preference but not essential would be to have 
  • Commercial experience in global markets (NORAM, EMEA & APAC) 
  • Strong understanding of costing methodologies, bid processes and contract negotiation. 
  • Proficiency in commercial analysis, financial modelling, and resource planning
  • Skilled in drafting complex Statements of Work and managing contractual frameworks
  • Skilled in development of executive performance reporting
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. 
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

  • Experience overseeing large-scale or multi-region project portfolios.
  • Familiarity with financial and commercial management tools.
