Who You Are

As a Commercial Strategy Advisor, you define and advance the commercial growth strategy for your assigned product family. You serve as a key link between customers, sales execution, and product strategy, helping translate market dynamics, customer needs, and product capabilities into practical plans that support revenue growth and profitability. You work closely with leaders across Commercial, Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to drive commercialization, strategic alignment, and execution across the Provider portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the commercial growth strategy for an assigned product family in partnership with Product leadership and Finance, with focus on revenue, profitability, retention, pricing, cross-sell and upsell, new logo growth, and partnerships.

  • Co-develop multiyear growth plans using market sizing, segmentation, competitive dynamics, and performance data, and identify growth risks, dependencies, and required investments.

  • Drive end-to-end commercialization for Provider products, partnerships, add-ons, and enhancements, including launch signoff, positioning, pricing, packaging, enablement, customer messaging, and post-launch performance tracking.

  • Translate enterprise strategy into executable go-to-market plans for new products, add-ons, and expansions across the Provider portfolio.

  • Partner with Sales Engineering to strengthen pre-sales support through deal strategy, pricing input, go-to-market execution, and structured voice-of-customer feedback.

  • Evaluate marketing channels, demand generation tactics, and market-facing programs to inform go-to-market investment strategy, expected return on investment, pipeline creation, and growth outcomes.

  • Refine pricing frameworks in partnership with the Commercial Pricing Analyst and Finance to balance growth, competitiveness, and margin discipline.

  • Support and co-lead client engagement programs, including customer advisory boards, KLAS engagement, customer insight programs, executive meetings, conferences, and strategic account interactions.

  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence, translate findings into recommendations for product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy, and ensure customer insights inform roadmap priorities and commercial decisions.

  • Monitor commercial performance, including bookings, pipeline health, pricing effectiveness, retention signals, launch adoption, and customer feedback, and present business plans and growth recommendations to executive leadership.

What You'll Need

  • 12 years of experience in healthcare, data, technology, or analytics-driven businesses with direct strategic or operational experience for risk adjustment programs.

  • BA or BS degree in technical or business discipline and or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Demonstrated success defining and executing revenue growth strategies in complex, cross-functional environments.

  • Strong understanding of Provider market dynamics, healthcare economics, and enterprise software or data solutions.

  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels, translating strategy into results.

  • Exceptional communication, influence, and executive presence.

  • Growth potential and learning agility to absorb new market, product, and customer insights and apply them to improve commercial performance.

  • Leadership skills to influence cross-functional partners, build alignment, navigate disagreement constructively, and drive execution across senior stakeholders.

  • Adaptability to work effectively through change, ambiguity, and shifting business priorities while maintaining focus on outcomes.

  • Creative thinking to develop practical, innovative approaches to commercialization, pricing, growth strategy, and partnership opportunities.

  • Analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify meaningful patterns, assess risks and opportunities, and support recommendations with evidence.

  • Nice to have: Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
