We’re looking for a commercially minded and curious Commercial Strategy Lead to join our MECCA-Maginations team and help shape what’s next for our growing portfolio of brands, including MECCA MAX, MECCA COSMETICA, kit and New Brands.

Sitting within our Commercial Strategy team, you’ll work across some of our most exciting growth opportunities, from exploring new brands and categories to assessing international markets and bringing strategic projects to life.

You’ll combine sharp commercial thinking with a passion for brands, products and beauty to turn insights into recommendations that help inform where we go next.

The Role You Could Play

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Strategy, MECCA-Maginations you’ll partner closely with teams across MECCA-Maginations to:

  • Lead market, competitor and retailer analysis to inform international expansion, investment and partnership opportunities.

  • Identify and assess future categories, new brands and emerging opportunities, developing market sizing, business cases and commercial recommendations.

  • Lead commercial analysis and due diligence for new brand, product and investment opportunities, translating complex insights into clear strategic direction.

  • Support the delivery of go-to-market plans and strategic partnerships, working cross-functionally across Product, Inventory, Brand Marketing and other teams.

  • Analyse product performance across the MECCA-Maginations portfolio, identifying opportunities to exit, renovate or double down on key products to drive commercial outcomes.

What You Will Bring

You’re an analytical and commercially astute thinker who loves getting into the detail but can equally step back and see the bigger picture. You’ll also bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience across commercial or corporate strategy, consulting, brand strategy, project management or a similarly analytical commercial environment.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in financial modelling, market sizing and/or building business cases.

  • Confidence working with data and insights to develop clear, actionable recommendations for a range of stakeholders.

  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and navigate opportunities in a fast-moving environment.

  • Exposure to international markets, retail, product development or the beauty industry will be highly regarded, along with a genuine passion for beauty and skincare.
