LATAM Commercial Strategy Manager
The Commercial Strategy Manager for LATAM drives profitable growth across all our markets in Latin America. Priority markets are Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Colombia. Our business continues to expand quickly and this role will cover other markets as well. The ideal candidate must be a highly analytical individual who can connect the dots among sales, marketing, operations and other key functions of the business to proliferate SharkNinja's "outrageously extraordinary" mindset across teams. This role is an internal champion of the region and the role is best suited for an individual who can wear many hats depending on the needs of the business and is not afraid to ask tough questions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead action plans to support a high rate of sale in every category (of either the Shark or Ninja business) through analysis of weekly sales data
  • Build the product roadmap for each country while balancing the forces of channel dynamics, product availability, and competition.
    • Collaborate with CI before and during product launches to embed the voice of the consumer in every launch
    • Align beacons for every category with local Sales and marketing teams
    • Embody the "breakthrough" mindset; constantly set an unimaginably high bar
    • Continuously solicit feedback from all levels of the organization; be a true team-player
  • Be a product expert, develop logical step-up stories and communicate the "So what" behind the products to internal and external partners
  • Directly support sales during sell-in with deck building, storytelling through data and presenting directly to customers
  • Create data-backed business cases to justify time and resource investment to internal partners
  • Work closely marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Hybrid role with in-office expectation 3+ days per week
    • *travel expected 15-20% of the time
    • *experience working with businesses in Central and South America is ideal

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in category management, strategy, marketing merchandising, or a related field.
Market-Specific Expertise: Must be fluent in Spanish and English (proficiency in Portuguese is a plus) and understand cultural nuances within different regions of Latin America
