Nuvolum is seeking an organized, proactive, and
people-oriented Community Campaigns Manager to lead the execution of our
signature community campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role is
responsible for managing all aspects of our four community campaigns… from
planning and coordination to communication and execution to ensuring each
campaign runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, agency
environment, excels at juggling multiple projects simultaneously, and is an
excellent communicator who is comfortable making outbound phone calls and
building relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Manage
and oversee the execution of all four Nuvolum community campaigns across
multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Serve
as the primary point of contact for clients participating in community
campaigns, ensuring clear communication and expectations
- Coordinate
timelines, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies across internal teams
(PR, social, design, accounts)
- Conduct
outbound phone calls to clients, partners, vendors, and community
organizations as part of campaign coordination
- Track
campaign progress, flag risks, and proactively solve problems before they
impact timelines or outcomes
- Maintain
detailed documentation, trackers, and status updates for all active
campaigns
- Ensure
campaign requirements, responsibilities, and handoffs between Nuvolum and
clients are clearly communicated and followed
- Collaborate
with internal teams to support media outreach, announcements, events, and
campaign deliverables
- Support
post-campaign wrap-ups, reporting, and internal process improvements
Requirements
- 3+
years of experience in project management, campaign management, account
management, or a similar role (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Proven
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing
attention to detail
- Exceptionally
organized, process-driven, and deadline-oriented
- Strong
written and verbal communication skills; comfortable and confident on the
phone
- Outgoing,
professional, and personable, able to build rapport quickly with clients
and partners
- Ability
to think ahead, anticipate needs, and proactively address challenges
- Comfortable
working cross-functionally with internal teams
- Experience
with project management tools (Wrike, ClickUp, Asana, or similar) is a
plus
- Bachelor’s
degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or
equivalent experience)
