Nuvolum is seeking an organized, proactive, and people-oriented Community Campaigns Manager to lead the execution of our signature community campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of our four community campaigns… from planning and coordination to communication and execution to ensuring each campaign runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, agency environment, excels at juggling multiple projects simultaneously, and is an excellent communicator who is comfortable making outbound phone calls and building relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.

Our agency is growing quickly, and this role offers meaningful responsibility, visibility, and opportunity for career growth. At this time, we can only consider applicants authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Manage and oversee the execution of all four Nuvolum community campaigns across multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients participating in community campaigns, ensuring clear communication and expectations
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies across internal teams (PR, social, design, accounts)
  • Conduct outbound phone calls to clients, partners, vendors, and community organizations as part of campaign coordination
  • Track campaign progress, flag risks, and proactively solve problems before they impact timelines or outcomes
  • Maintain detailed documentation, trackers, and status updates for all active campaigns
  • Ensure campaign requirements, responsibilities, and handoffs between Nuvolum and clients are clearly communicated and followed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support media outreach, announcements, events, and campaign deliverables
  • Support post-campaign wrap-ups, reporting, and internal process improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, campaign management, account management, or a similar role (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail
  • Exceptionally organized, process-driven, and deadline-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable and confident on the phone
  • Outgoing, professional, and personable, able to build rapport quickly with clients and partners
  • Ability to think ahead, anticipate needs, and proactively address challenges
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Experience with project management tools (Wrike, ClickUp, Asana, or similar) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
