Curious Cardinals has inspired a love of learning in kids—and it’s gotten parents talking. We’ve grown almost entirely through real relationships: moms texting moms, school partners forwarding newsletters, and hosts sharing our value through trusted word-of-mouth.

Our challenge is: how do we reach more families? That’s what we need you for.

In this role, you’ll harness our enthusiastic evangelist parents to reach more families and transform more lives — scalably. Think events, think referral incentives, and partnerships infused and informed by data-driven improvement.

You’ll own the full lifecycle of our organic growth engine — from sourcing event hosts and managing partnerships to executing standout events and referral campaigns in service of accelerating demand generation. You need to be someone who gets a thrill from turning a “maybe” into a “hell yes,” who delights in details and follow-through, and who is excited to grow into the technical side of marketing ops, lifecycle automation, and funnel optimization. You are also obsessed with AI and use it for everything. You are curious!
