Join Us in Building the Future of Home Robotics

At Sunday, we're developing personal robots to reclaim the hours lost to repetitive tasks. We're focused on an ambitious goal to make generalized robots broadly accessible, enabling households to take back quality time.

We have spent the last 18 months building a talented team, securing capital, and validating our technology. We are now seeking passionate individuals to join us in the next phase of our growth. If you are ready to apply your skills to the forefront of robotics innovation, we’d love to hear from you.

What to Expect

As our Community Lead, you will be the bridge between Sunday and the world—both in digital spaces and in real life. Your mission is to cultivate a passionate ecosystem of early adopters, developers, potential hires, and future robot owners.

You will be responsible for bringing the Sunday brand to life through IRL experiences, from intimate hiring dinners to eventual large-scale pop-ups and partnerships involving Memo. Simultaneously, you’ll lead our digital community, sparking conversations and cultivating a consistent tone for our major social channels (X, IG, YT, TT). You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Head of Marketing to align our online community strategy with our broader brand narrative.

What You’ll Do

  • IRL Community Building: Design and execute high-touch events including social mixers, industry hiring dinners, and immersive pop-up experiences that showcase our Memo in the real world (longer term).

  • Digital Community Management: Own the day-to-day engagement across X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You’ll foster a genuine and consistent sense of belonging among our followers.

  • Network Growth: Identify and nurture relationships with robotics enthusiasts, tech community leaders, and the general public to expand Sunday’s footprint.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our Creative Director to ensure our physical touchpoints (events/merch/pop-ups) are world-class.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of community management experience at a high-paced startup or high-growth tech company.

  • Event Track Record: A proven history of producing successful IRL events—you should have a portfolio or specific examples of events you’ve owned from concept to execution.

  • Social Fluency: Strong experience with digital community management and a deep understanding of how to drive engagement on modern social platforms.

  • Interpersonal Mastery: You are a "super-connector" comfortable hosting everything from a dinner for 10 engineers to community events for hundreds of newcomers.

  • Operational Excellence: You are highly organized and capable of managing event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Nice to Have

  • Zero-to-One Experience: Experience building a community from scratch for a new product or brand.

  • Tech Enthusiasm: A passion for robotics, AI, or "hard tech" and an ability to translate complex technical concepts into community-driven excitement.

  • Content Skills: Ability to capture "lo-fi" social content at events to capture moments that can be shared across social media.

At Sunday Robotics, we’re building technology shaped by real people — curious, creative, and diverse. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.

Even if you don’t meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups often hold back unless they meet 100% of the criteria — we don’t want that to be the reason we miss out on great talent.
