Your job is to turn them into a network that drives activation, retention, expansion, and pipeline. Requirements:

  • Experience building communities for professional audiences, ideally in-house legal, legal ops, procurement, or other complex business functions.

What you’ll own:

  • Community Strategy: Define SpotDraft’s community strategy, starting in North America, with a blueprint that scales globally. Every online and offline initiative should tie back to growth and retention in priority segments.

  • Influencers, Champions & Power Users: Identify and empower standout legal influencers and customers through champion programs and engagement strategies Turn them into references, speakers, and a direct product feedback loop.

  • Programs & Events: Launch and run virtual programs, including GC and legal ops roundtables, city meetups, and presence around industry moments like CLOC. Partner and become a part of the incredible events team and muscle of SpotDraft and Beacon.

  • Operating Model: Build the tools, platforms, and processes needed to run community programs at scale across regions.
