About the Job

This role is for MyTruv, Truv's consumer app: an AI money autopilot that helps people track their income, spending, and bills, and act on what matters. We're building our social presence and UGC engine, and we need someone to own the voice behind it. You'll run our content, community, comments, and DMs across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, turning quiet channels into an engaged audience. This is an hourly contract role, with an opportunity to transition to an employee position, with room to grow as the channels do. Students and early-career candidates welcome.

What You'll Do

  • Own content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram: plan, package, and post, turning creator footage and product moments into a steady cadence.
  • Grow and nurture the community, and build the tone and rituals that keep people around.
  • Be the front-line voice in comments and DMs: reply fast, on-brand, and human, and turn commenters into users.
  • Work hand in hand with our UGC creators to coordinate and amplify their content.
  • Feed what the audience is saying (angles, objections, the words they use) back to the growth and product teams.

Who You Are

  • Native English, with an ear for tone, timing, and the joke that lands.
  • Proactive and self-driven: you own your lane and don't wait to be told.
  • You've grown a social channel or community, and you can show it.
  • Comfortable on camera and quick to create: short-form video, posts, replies.
  • Sharp, reliable, and comfortable around personal-finance topics.
  • Preferred: e-commerce or DTC background, or experience coordinating creators / UGC.

We are an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.
