Your mission is to protect and nurture our brand reputation while translating cultural trends into strategic opportunities.
How will you create impact?

  • Act as the primary cultural sensor for the brand, mining platform, audience, and cultural (PAC) signals to determine which trends and conversations warrant action.
  • Own the brand’s real-time response strategy, independently determining if, when, and how to engage with breaking news and cultural moments.
  • Monitor and interpret consumer conversations, comments, and sentiment to identify strategic patterns and creative opportunities.
  • Analyze in-market social creative and provide real-time optimization recommendations to internal and external partners.
  • Use social listening and data tools to synthesize consumer insights that inform future creative development and campaign direction.
  • Maintain platform hygiene through diligent sentiment monitoring, community moderation, and strategic escalation to protect brand reputation.

What are your skills and experience?

  • Deep, native expertise in the algorithms, trend cycles, and content formats of key social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Professional experience in social media strategy, creative strategy, or digital marketing, preferably within a fast-paced agency or consumer brand environment.
  • Proven ability to partner with video editors and creators to quickly develop and refine social-first content based on real-time performance.
  • A strong editorial eye and the ability to make autonomous, high-stakes judgment calls on brand voice and public response.
  • A demonstrated history of identifying emerging cultural trends and translating them into successful, brand-aligned creative concepts
