As Community Marketer, you'll build and nurture a global community, manage the Creator Program, and engage users through creative events and data analysis.

As our Community Marketer, you’ll be responsible for building, scaling, and nurturing a thriving global community that is critical to Luma’s success.
The ideal candidate is a natural community builder inside and outside of work. You have an infectious energy to try new things and can also draw from past experience growing and engaging a community. Experience working at creative companies and with AI is a huge plus!
What you'll do
- Own & grow the Luma community —ensuring our users feel valued, heard, and excited about our technology.
- Lead and expand our Creator Program, a curated community of highly engaged and influential creators
- Develop and execute specialized programs for students, educators, developers, and other key personas.
- Educate and delight the community with experiences like AMAs, creative challenges, showcases, online events, etc to keep users inspired and engaged.
- Analyze and optimize engagement using data-driven insights, tracking key community health metrics, and ensuring community insights impact our strategy.
