What you'll do

  • Own & grow the Luma community —ensuring our users feel valued, heard, and excited about our technology.
  • Lead and expand our Creator Program, a curated community of highly engaged and influential creators
  • Develop and execute specialized programs for students, educators, developers, and other key personas.
  • Educate and delight the community with experiences like AMAs, creative challenges, showcases, online events, etc to keep users inspired and engaged.
  • Analyze and optimize engagement using data-driven insights, tracking key community health metrics, and ensuring community insights impact our strategy.
