About the Role:

As an Entry-Level Community Outreach Assistant, you will assist in developing and implementing outreach strategies that foster relationships and build community connections. By collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, you will help promote our initiatives and ensure their success, while making a tangible impact in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of community outreach programs and initiatives

  • Engage with community members, stakeholders, and partner organizations to build positive relationships and promote our mission

  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, effectively conveying our goals and initiatives

  • Collect and analyze feedback from community interactions to refine and improve future outreach efforts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outreach strategies align with organizational objectives and goals

Qualifications:
  • Passion for community engagement and a strong desire to make a difference

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Strong organizational abilities and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse groups of people

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (additional education or experience in community outreach is a plus but not required)
