We’re looking for a Compensation Analyst who’s a data detective and strategic thinker.  You’ll analyze everything from base pay to equity grants, using your solid understanding of compensation principles, and a sharp eye for fairness, consistency and market alignment. From market benchmarking to data modeling, you’ll help us shape and scale comp programs built to be both competitive and sustainable.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner closely with our Senior Manager to run key compensation processes smoothly and thoughtfully.
  • Conduct analysis of compensation data and support global market pricing activities, leveraging internal and external data to develop and maintain cash compensation and equity ranges.
  • Provide benchmarking insights and recommendations for new or evolving roles, organizational changes, or emerging market trends.
  • Contribute to program design and implementation. Identify opportunities to improve or revise compensation programs as business needs shift.
  • Turn complex data into simple and actionable stories (yes, your spreadsheets will have admirers). Be ready to lend your expertise in thoughtful partnership with managers.
  • Collaborate with People, Finance, and Talent teams to support comp cycles, offer reviews, budget development and organizational design projects. Basically, if it touches pay, you’re in the mix.
  • Jump into compensation-related projects and activities, big and small, from refining processes to making sure our data tells a story.
  • Pitch in on training and communication materials.
  • Prepare compensation data submissions for third-party survey(s).

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of compensation experience, with demonstrated understanding of wage and salary administration, including job analysis, market pricing and compensation surveys.
  • A curious mind and strong analytical skills that can turn complex data into meaningful, understandable models for decision makers.
  • Advanced Excel skills. You can write formulas in your sleep (and may or may not have a favorite).
  • Not just great with data, great with people too. You know how to bring clarity, curiosity and a little personality to the numbers.
  • A highly organized individual, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to manage projects through execution.
  • High energy level. Self- starter; willing to take initiative.

Bonus Points For

  • Knowledge of global job architecture mechanics
  • Familiarity with Radford (Aon) and Workday
  • A love for data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and turning it into clarity

Why Join Us?

We believe in a comp team that’s approachable, strategic, and just the right amount of obsessed. If you think data can be fun (because we do), and that pay transparency starts with clean models and good storytelling, let’s talk.

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
