EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.

We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in history, and we are just getting started. EvenUp is backed by top VCs, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, SignalFire, and Lightspeed. We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.

We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Competitive Intelligence to build and own EvenUp's competitive intelligence function. This person will be responsible for developing deep, hands-on expertise in our product and the competitive landscape, producing actionable intelligence that directly influences product strategy, sales execution, and market positioning. This role sits within Revenue Operations & Enablement and partners closely with Product Marketing and Product Management to ensure intelligence flows both ways: field insights shape roadmap decisions and product differentiation fuels GTM execution.

This is not a desk research role. We need someone who will get deep into competitive products, conduct rigorous hands-on evaluations, identify strengths and gaps, and translate those findings into materials that help our sales, customer success, and product teams win. You will be the person the company turns to when they need to understand how we stack up and where we need to go next.

What You'll Do

  • Competitive & Market Intelligence

    • Own the end-to-end competitive intelligence function: monitoring, conducting evaluations, analysis, synthesis, and distribution of insights across the organization.

    • Monitor competitive developments including product launches, pricing changes, messaging shifts, partnerships, and M&A activity, and distill them into timely, actionable recommendations.

    • Develop and maintain competitive battle cards, win/loss insights, executive briefings, and detailed product comparison documentation.

    • Build and operationalize a repeatable cadence for competitive updates so the organization always has a current, accurate view of the landscape.

  • Product & Strategy Enablement

    • Become a subject-matter expert on EvenUp's product capabilities and the broader legal AI ecosystem, with enough technical depth to evaluate AI-driven features, output quality, and workflow differentiation.

    • Translate competitive findings into product recommendations: surface feature gaps, validate differentiation claims, and provide evidence-based input to product roadmap discussions.

    • Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing to ensure competitive insights inform positioning, packaging, and prioritization decisions.

    • Synthesize macro market trends (AI adoption in legal, regulatory shifts, new entrants) into strategic implications for EvenUp's business.

  • GTM Enablement & Cross-Functional Partnership

    • Partner with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to incorporate field intelligence (objections, competitive mentions, deal feedback) into the competitive knowledge base.

    • Produce enablement content that helps sellers confidently position against competitors: talk tracks, objection handling guides, and competitive positioning one-pagers.

    • Support strategic deal reviews and high-stakes renewals with tailored competitive analysis when needed.

    • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to ensure competitive content is accessible, current, and embedded into existing workflows and tools.

What We Look For

  • [Required]

    • 4 years out of college and 2+ years at a tech company.

    • You have hands-on experience working with tech products, understanding the difference between features and bugs, and can be able to go deep on technical products especially given AI developments. You should be comfortable evaluating product capabilities, not just reading press releases.

    • Logical thinking with MECE structuring to you take messy, incomplete and constantly changing information from multiple sources and structure it into clear, decision-ready output.

    • Experience working cross-functionally e.g. with PM, PMM, Marketing, Sales, CS teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • [Preferred]

    • 5+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, market research, or strategy roles within B2B SaaS or technology companies.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication. You can present to executives and write for sellers with equal clarity.

    • Experience in legal technology, legal services, or a related vertical (insurance, healthcare) where domain expertise accelerates impact.

    • Familiarity with AI product evaluation: understanding how to assess model output quality, accuracy, hallucination rates, and user experience for AI-generated content.

    • Prior experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or Product Marketing organization.

    • Comfort using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), enablement platforms, and knowledge management systems.

    • Experience standing up a competitive intelligence function from scratch or significantly scaling one.
