Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical leadership of a team of 3 - 6 engineers
- Mentoring of junior and senior engineers alike
- Thought leadership on compiler design - responsible for design of major components and interfaces
- Maintain and elaborate on design documentation and specifications
- Create training content and technical onboarding processes for new hires
Technical Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working on compilers or runtimes
- 3+ years of experience as a tech lead or team lead (manager)
- Proficient in C++
- Proficient with Git and GitHub
- Familiar with agile methodologies like SCRUM or KANBAN
Additional Technical Requirements
- Proficient in Python 3
- Familiar with PyTorch
- Familiar with OS fundamentals
- Familiar with MLIR
- Basic knowledge of computer architecture
Salary depends on experience and geographical location.
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, such as the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
