Primary Purpose
The ADUSA Compliance & Ethics Support role is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining a broad range of compliance programs within the US to support business adherence to federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and audit standards. The position enhances organizational accountability and strengthens awareness of legal and ethical obligations. Core responsibilities include oversight of compliance tools and applications, management of compliance reporting, and delivery of program support to meet both internal and external regulatory expectations.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, and Hyattsville, MD.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform and analyze compliance cadence reporting to assign and prioritize tasks, monitor progress against established expectations, identify emerging and existing risk areas, and support the development and execution of effective remediation plans.
- Support the monitoring of evolving federal, state, and local laws and regulations, evaluate organizational and operational impacts, and clearly communicate required compliance actions and updates to key stakeholders.
- Develop standardized ways of working for Compliance to promote consistency, efficiency, and alignment across the department and functional support areas.
- Assist in apprising stakeholders of compliance activities, including updates to policies and procedures and the communication of associated process changes.
- Support the Code of Ethics learning course requirements, disclosure processes, and conflict-of-interest program, including the review of submissions and comprehensive reporting within the US.
- Support the Speak Up Program (whistle-blower hotline) in ADUSA via administration role: overseeing case intake, assignment, monitoring, review, and reporting.
- Support the review and research of low-risk or non-legal matters routed to Compliance, ensuring accurate assessment and appropriate follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Legal Team and the Brands on hearings, fines, summonses, and regulatory correspondence resulting from government inspection activity.
- Support special projects and cross-functional workstreams to identify operational simplifications and mitigate organizational risks.
- Assist in the enhancements to compliance training capabilities and reporting to strengthen organizational awareness and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; Business, Finance or equivalent field
- 2-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or a related discipline.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Sharepoint and CoPilot tools are preferred
