WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments for products, features, operational changes, and at the enterprise level.
  • Serve as a compliance partner to product and engineering teams, translating regulatory expectations into practical controls as features are designed and launched.

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of practical, business-focused compliance training.
  • Track issues, remediation efforts, and control improvements as part of continuous CMS enhancement.
  • Partner with other compliance functions on cross-functional regulatory and operational initiatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience conducting compliance risk assessments and evaluating control effectiveness.
  • Familiarity operating within a Compliance Management System (CMS).
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical, scalable operational controls.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
  • A collaborative, low-ego team player who thrives in fast-paced environments where teams build and iterate quickly.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Experience working in high-growth fintech or digital financial services companies.
  • Experience with compliance automation, workflow tools, analytics platforms, or AI-enabled compliance tools.
