  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, or eligibility to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe after hire.

  • Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive, confidential, and privileged information.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively translate legal, regulatory, policy, and business concepts for a range of audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across all levels of the organization, including leadership, business partners, and frontline teams.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining organization, attention to detail, accountability, accuracy, and follow-through.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal, regulatory, operational, and business issues and connect them to broader organizational impact.

  • Demonstrates curiosity and initiative in understanding how systems, processes, and operations function in practice, including engaging with stakeholders to assess real-world challenges and implications.

  • Strong business acumen, or the ability to develop quickly, with the capacity to balance compliance obligations, risk, operational realities, customer experience, and business objectives.

  • Ability to interpret and apply legal, regulatory, and policy requirements pragmatically within operational environments, including navigating ambiguity and nuanced situations without clear precedent.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (work schedule may vary, depending on business needs).
