  • Maintain accurate compliance records and provide documentation support during audits.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes, checklists, and training resources.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate transactions, compliance, or related operations.

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and/or Canadian real estate regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies quickly.

  • Clear and effective communication skills for working with Brokers, Transaction staff, and Agents.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage large volumes of files in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with transaction management software and compliance/audit tools.

  • Active real estate license in good standing (preferred).

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment preferred.

  • Background in real estate and technology-driven operations is highly desirable.

Additional Details:

  • Location Requirements: Candidates must be based in U.S. to be considered.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time.
