We are looking for a passionate individual to join our growing Itinerary design team at Velocity Black. The individual should have a background in working with high net worth individuals to provide tailor-made itineraries aligned with client preferences. We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated individual that is dedicated to elevating the client travel experience to the extraordinary.
General Responsibilities:

• Create tailor-made end-to-end itineraries including all accommodation, transportation, experiences, and trip concierge.
• Take ownership of all aspects of the member's trip booking experience from initial request to feedback upon return.
• Providing comprehensive and accurate travel documentation
• Hit/exceed individual and team targets

What we are looking for:

• Excellent knowledge of the luxury travel industry

• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
• Clear and confident communicator

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• At least 2 years of experience coordinating itineraries at a Tour Operator, Travel Agency, or Travel Concierge

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in customer service
• 3+ years of experience in sales
• 3+ years of experience working in the travel industry
• 1+ years of experience working with DMCs (Destination Management Companies) and various travel suppliers
• 1+ years of experience working with high net worth individuals

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Remote (Regardless of Location): $78,400 - $89,500 for SA, Premium Concierge Specialist
Richmond, VA: $78,400 - $89,500 for SA, Premium Concierge Specialist
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
