We are seeking a Consulting Associate to join our growing Change Management and Organizational Transformation team, supporting a major utility client in delivering strategic change initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects that shape the future of energy and infrastructure.
Role OverviewAs a Consulting Associate, Change Management, you will support the design and delivery of change management strategies that enable successful adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviors. You will work closely with ERM consultants and client stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement change management deliverables including stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training strategies, and adoption metrics.
Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to inform project planning.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to support stakeholder alignment and buy-in.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management into broader project delivery.
Monitor and report on change adoption, resistance, and effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Contribute to ERM’s internal knowledge base and thought leadership in change management and transformation.

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business, Psychology, or related field. Or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of experience in consulting, change management, or organizational transformation (experience in utilities or regulated industries preferred).
Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with collaboration and project tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, Smartsheet) is a plus.
Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM, AMI).
Understanding of utility operations, regulatory environments, or customer service transformation.
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is advantageous.

For the Consulting Associate, Change Management position, the anticipated annual base pay is $63,800 - $76,560 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, parental leave, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, AD&D insurance, 401(k) or RRSP/DPSP, and other applicable benefits to eligible employees.
Note: Bonuses, commissions, and other forms of additional compensation are not guaranteed and subject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures.
