We're seeking experienced consulting professionals to create, evaluate, and refine expert-quality business deliverables that mirror the work produced by top-tier consulting and advisory firms.

In this role, you'll tackle realistic consulting engagements from start to finish—analyzing complex business problems, synthesizing large volumes of information, and producing or reviewing decision-ready recommendations that reflect real-world consulting standards.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Create and review high-quality consulting deliverables across areas such as:

    • Post-merger integration planning, including synergy realization, operating models, integration roadmaps, and financial impact assessments
    • Corporate strategy, operational improvement, and business transformation recommendations supported by quantitative analysis
  • Analyze complex and sometimes conflicting information from due diligence reports, financial models, stakeholder inputs, market research, and business documentation to develop well-supported conclusions.
  • Produce client-ready deliverables including presentations, strategic memos, financial models, and executive summaries with clearly stated assumptions, risks, recommendations, and implementation considerations.
  • Evaluate consulting deliverables for analytical rigor, business judgment, clarity, and overall quality.
  • Provide structured feedback that improves the realism, consistency, and decision-making value of consulting outputs.
  • Apply professional consulting methodologies to ensure recommendations are practical, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in management consulting, transaction advisory, corporate strategy, corporate development, or a related advisory role.
  • Experience at a leading consulting or advisory firm (e.g., strategy consulting, transaction services, corporate strategy, post-merger integration, or boutique advisory) or equivalent in-house corporate development experience.
  • Strong expertise in structured problem-solving, business analysis, and executive-level decision-making.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, including valuation models, LBO analysis, three-statement models, pro forma financials, and scenario analysis.
  • Ability to independently lead complex business analyses and develop defensible strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing executive presentations, reports, and client-facing deliverables.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear business insights.
Engagement Details
  • Fully remote independent contractor opportunity.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on business requirements and performance.
  • Weekly payments are made through Stripe or Wise based on completed work.
