Hire Digital is seeking a hands-on Consumer Acquisition & Product Launch Lead (AI Product) to help bring a new AI-powered consumer product to market in the US and drive growth among everyday American consumers. This is a highly hands-on growth role for someone who understands how to launch products, attract mainstream users, test channels quickly, and scale what works efficiently.

You’ll own top-of-funnel strategy and execution across paid, organic, influencer, community, referral, and launch channels. Working closely with the Head of Growth and product team, you’ll play a key role in building a new revenue engine, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and accelerating product adoption in the US market.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, moves quickly, and enjoys combining creativity with data to unlock growth.

Employment Type: Full-time (Initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion)

RequirementsResponsibilities0→1 Product Launch Ownership
  • Help build and execute the US go-to-market strategy for a new AI consumer product.
  • Identify early-adopting audiences, ICPs, and the fastest paths to traction.
  • Support launch initiatives across Product Hunt, creator communities, AI forums, and the ChatGPT ecosystem.
  • Create launch momentum through scrappy, low-cost acquisition opportunities.
Own Customer Acquisition Strategy
  • Build and execute the overall acquisition roadmap for US consumer growth.
  • Identify the highest-performing channels and optimise budget allocation.
  • Develop channel mix across paid, organic, influencer, creator, referral, and partnerships.
Scale Paid & Organic Growth Channels
  • Launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Build influencer/creator partnerships to drive awareness and installs.
  • Grow organic traffic through community engagement, content, virality, and referrals.
Improve Conversion & Funnel Performance
  • Test creatives, landing pages, offers, and messaging to improve conversion rates.
  • Work with product teams on onboarding, activation, and first-session experience improvements.
  • Optimise user journeys from click → signup → active user → paid conversion.
Drive Efficient Growth Economics
  • Manage CAC, ROAS, CPA, and LTV targets.
  • Improve growth efficiency while scaling volume.
  • Build retention-aware acquisition strategies, not vanity traffic.
Reporting & Growth Insights
  • Build dashboards and weekly reporting across acquisition channels.
  • Analyse funnel drop-off points and user behaviour trends.
  • Turn data into actionable experiments and clear next steps.
Requirements
  • Proven experience launching or scaling a 0→1 B2C, consumer app, marketplace, subscription, or self-serve product.
  • Strong knowledge of both paid acquisition and organic growth strategies.
  • Hands-on experience optimising CAC, conversion funnels, and user growth metrics.
  • Experience supporting product launches and bringing new products to market.
  • Comfortable working independently in lean teams with high ownership.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make fast data-driven decisions.
