Manage end-to-end consumer lead lifecycle: acquire, track, assign, and nurture leads. Collaborate with marketing and sales to run campaigns, optimize lead quality, maintain CRM accuracy, and apply consumer insights and market research to improve conversions.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consumer Leads Manager to oversee our lead generation initiatives and ensure the effective acquisition and nurturing of consumer leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to grow the consumer pipeline, managing lead generation campaigns, and collaborating with both sales and marketing teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of consumer leads, from acquisition to conversion.
- Manage the growing leads database and continuously be on top of it.
- Assign leads to team members and monitor the progress on leads.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and manage campaigns that generate quality leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead hand-off and improve conversion rates.
- CRM Management:
- Oversee lead tracking and management within the CRM system.
- Ensure the accuracy of lead data, pipeline visibility, and timely follow-ups.
- Consumer Insights & Market Research:
- Gather insights on consumer needs and behavior to refine lead generation efforts.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in consumer demand to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of developing successful lead generation strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2C environments, particularly in the education industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including paid advertising, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of consumer purchasing behavior.
