ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a strategic, highly organized content marketer to build and manage our organic content engine across social media, editorial, and executive thought leadership.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop the strategy, turn it into an actionable content calendar, and manage the work from initial idea through production and publication. You will write copy and creative briefs, manage creators and external partners, edit AI-assisted editorial content, and use performance data to continually improve what we produce.
The right person combines strong writing and editorial judgment with an understanding of platform trends, creative development, and content operations. You should be equally comfortable identifying a trending TikTok concept, editing a data-driven housing market article, and managing a ghostwriter producing LinkedIn content for a company leader.
