The team has built a dynamic and innovative product that leverages the benefits of blockchain and smart contract technology with an intuitive and feature rich application.
The RoleThe Content & Brand Associate (intern) will help build Maple's content output and carry its brand voice across every channel Maple publishes on. Reporting to the Senior Content and Brand Manager, you'll own the day-to-day content calendar across X, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Telegram, write a high volume of short-form content, including social posts, community updates, recap threads, and campaign copy, aligned with Maple's tone of voice and editorial standards. You'll shape what Maple publishes through weekly content workshops, and you'll use AI tooling to automate the repeatable parts of the job, including drafting cycles, scheduling, listening, and reporting, so your time goes to the ideas and things that impact brand metrics and drive commercial impact.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer with real experience in DeFi, and enough feel for the space's tone and pace to represent Maple credibly. The successful candidate will have a clear point of view on where AI genuinely improves content and marketing work and where it doesn't, thrive in a high-paced, autonomous environment, and be excited by the opportunity to help shape the voice of a leading onchain asset manager.
This role is a fixed-term, full-time position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension to a full-time permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Own Maple's day-to-day content calendar, planning, drafting, scheduling, and publishing across X, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Telegram, signed off through an agreed review process with the Senior Content and Brand Manager.
- Write Maple's short-form content, including social posts, recap threads, community updates, and campaign copy, ensuring all content is consistently on-voice, turned around fast, and tailored to lenders, borrowers, partners, and token holders.
- Automate the repeatable parts of the content process, using AI tooling for drafting cycles, scheduling, social listening, and reporting, so more of your time goes to original ideas and writing.
- Run community engagement and events, monitoring channels daily, responding to questions, escalating what matters, and supporting AMAs, Spaces, and meetups end to end.
- Extend Maple's reach beyond its own channels by producing content for partner, ecosystem, and influencer channels aligned with co-marketing plans.
- Track what lands and what doesn't, feeding channel performance and community sentiment back into the content plan and weekly workshops with the Senior Content and Brand Manager.
Requirements
- Exceptional writer: clean, concise, able to match tone across formats and turn ideas into finished pieces quickly.
- Real crypto experience and genuine interest in onchain asset management: you understand the platforms and how communities actually behave online, not just in theory.
- Fluent with AI tooling and a bias toward automating repeat work, with a clear point of view on where AI genuinely improves content and where it flattens it.
- Hands-on community and social management experience.
- Based in a time zone that overlaps reasonably with the UK.
What's in it for you
- Base salary paid in your choice of crypto (USDC) or local fiat currency.
- Weekly workshops with the Senior Content and Brand Manager to sharpen your ideas and craft.
- Autonomy to test and adopt AI tools, and to build the workflows you work inside.
- Flexible working, giving you the autonomy to live and work your way, with optional access to co-working space.
- Potential path to a permanent role based on performance.
If you subscribe to the values of Maple - Personal Ownership, Focused Execution, User Prioritisation, Innovative Mindset - and want to be part of a collaborative culture focused on bringing Global Finance into the future, then we want to hear from you!
