For People Who Are Already Obsessed With Content

If you’re the type of person who spends hours studying TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, podcasts, creators, and viral content…

The Wall Street Quants is looking for a Content Creator Intern to work directly with the founders and help us build one of the fastest-growing media brands in finance.

This is not a corporate internship.

There are no layers of management.

No endless meetings.

No busy work.

You’ll work directly with experienced marketers and founders who have spent years generating millions of views, leads, customers, and revenue online.

You’ll get a front-row seat to how content actually drives business growth.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help own the content creation process from idea to publication.

This includes:

  • Researching trends before they become trends
  • Identifying viral content opportunities
  • Creating short-form videos
  • Editing clips for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Writing hooks, captions, and post concepts
  • Building content systems and workflows
  • Testing new content formats
  • Analyzing what works and what doesn’t
  • Helping grow a media brand from the ground floor

Your ideas won’t disappear into a Slack channel.

They’ll actually get executed.

Who This Is For

You’re probably already:

  • Running your own TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or X account
  • Constantly sending viral videos to your friends
  • Studying creators and trying to reverse engineer why content works
  • Following the latest content trends before everyone else
  • Obsessed with audience growth, content strategy, and internet culture

You don’t need a marketing degree.

You don’t need prior work experience.

You do need to be hungry, curious, and willing to learn.

What You’ll Learn

Most internships teach theory.

You’ll learn:

  • How to create content people actually watch
  • How modern growth marketing works
  • How to build content systems
  • How to spot trends early
  • How performance marketing and organic content work together
  • How founders think about audience building, attention, and business growth
Why This Opportunity Is Different

You’ll work directly with founders.

You’ll have real ownership.

You’ll help shape content strategy.

You’ll gain experience that actually matters in today’s creator economy.

And for the right person, this internship can become a full-time role as the company grows.
