We are seeking an energetic, creative, and highly responsive Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to help grow a nationally recognized professional services brand.
Important Position Requirements
This is not a traditional marketing role.
The successful candidate must be:
- Highly responsive during business hours.
- Available for urgent requests and time-sensitive projects.
- Comfortable supporting executives and leadership directly.
- Available to attend events, conferences, recruiting events, and team gatherings.
- Willing and able to travel as needed throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
- Flexible with changing priorities and deadlines.
This role supports a growing organization where opportunities often arise quickly and require immediate action and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and company websites.
- Develop educational content related to accounting, tax, business growth, and entrepreneurship.
- Write social media posts, captions, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Create recruiting and employer branding content.
Graphic Design
- Design presentations, brochures, flyers, event materials, advertisements, and sales collateral.
- Maintain brand standards across all platforms.
- Develop graphics for webinars, conferences, recruiting initiatives, and business development activities.
Video Production
- Record and edit short-form and long-form videos.
- Create social media reels and promotional content.
- Capture content during company events and business trips.
- Support executive thought leadership content.
Event & Travel Support
- Attend conferences, networking events, recruiting fairs, team meetings, and workshops.
- Capture photography and video content.
- Assist with event promotion and marketing coordination.
- Travel as required throughout the year.
Executive Marketing Support
- Assist leadership with presentations and marketing projects.
- Support recruiting campaigns and hiring initiatives.
- Help coordinate firm announcements, launches, and growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, graphic design, or social media management.
- Strong graphic design portfolio.
- Experience with video editing and content production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Photography and videography experience.
- Professional services, accounting, legal, or financial services marketing experience.
- Experience supporting executive teams.
