This is a remote position.

We're a fast-growing startup looking for a Content Creator Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real, visible impact on the business. This is not a "produce content and move on" role, you'll own the strategy and execution behind content that drives organic traffic, boosts social engagement, earns AI citations, and ultimately generates qualified organic leads.

You'll have full access to leading AI tools to accelerate your workflow, and you'll work closely with the marketing team to shape how our brand shows up across search, social, and AI-powered platforms.

If you're proactive, creative, a strong problem-solver, and energized by seeing your work move the needle… we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do
  • Create high-quality content across formats: blog posts, lead magnets, social assets, videos/graphics, email content, and more. These need to be aligned with SEO and AEO best practices.

  • Develop and execute content strategies designed to grow organic traffic, social media engagement, and AI citation visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.)

  • Build lead magnets and gated assets that convert traffic into qualified organic leads

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI, paid media, PR and design teams to ensure content supports broader marketing goals

  • Use AI tools to scale content production without sacrificing quality or brand voice

  • Monitor content performance and iterate based on data (traffic, engagement, citations, leads)

  • Stay current on SEO/AEO trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging AI search behavior

  • Bring creative ideas to the table and take ownership of projects from concept to execution

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
  • 6-8+ years of experience in content creation, content marketing, or a related field

  • Strong portfolio or examples of past projects (required), please include with your application)

  • Experience creating content for SEO and/or AEO purposes

  • A proactive, self-starter mindset, someone who identifies opportunities without waiting to be told

  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, this is a team-oriented role

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

  • Hands-on experience using AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) as part of your workflow

  • Ability to work full-time remotely as an independent contractor for a US-based company

Preferred Software & Tools Experience

  • CRM/Marketing Platform: HubSpot

  • Graphic Design & Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva

  • AI Content Generation: Veo, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Claude (design capabilities), Google Stitch

  • A working understanding of UX principles is preferred

Nice to Have
  • Experience creating content in the real estate industry

  • Familiarity with organic growth metrics and reporting tools

BenefitsWhy Join Us
  • High-visibility role with direct impact on company growth and marketing performance

  • Work with a fast-growing startup where your contributions are seen and valued

  • Access to top AI tools to support your creative and strategic work
