AirOps is backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, Founder Collective, XFund, Village Global, Alt Capital, and more than a dozen top marketing leaders, with hubs in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo.

We’re hiring a Content Engineer, SEO Strategist to help define and lead one of the most important new roles in modern SEO and organic growth. This is not a traditional content role and it’s not just classic SEO execution either. It’s an opportunity to join the company that redefined Content Engineering as the operating system for scalable search performance.

Think about how product management, growth, and DevOps emerged as new categories. Content Engineering is at that same inflection point for SEO teams. In 2026, Content Engineering becomes the most critical role inside the modern B2B marketing org, a blend of technical SEO, organic growth strategy, frontier search research, and precise workflow execution.

Joining AirOps means stepping into that shift early and directly shaping how brands earn rankings, citations, and durable visibility across every major search surface.

In this role, you will:

  • Combine SEO best practices, automation, and AI to build scalable workflows that power AirOps’ organic growth engine.
