About the Role

We're seeking a content-driven, audience-obsessed marketer to help tell the story of pod.network. In this role, you'll work directly with our founders, scientists, and engineers to gain a deep understanding of our technology and translate it into clear, impactful content that resonates with crypto and tech-savvy communities.

You'll be responsible for building and growing our audience across various channels — from creating viral X threads to producing engaging content, including blogs, documentation, videos, and memes. If you love shaping narratives, have a knack for going viral, and thrive at the intersection of storytelling and data, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve our content strategy, calendar, and distribution.

  • Turn complex ideas (integrations, tech updates) into engaging copywriting and visual content for X, Telegram, Discord, blogs, newsletters, technical docs, and more.

  • Collaborate with the core team to translate vision, roadmap, and updates into content that's digestible and shareable.

  • Drive audience growth through organic strategies, performance insights, and content partnerships.

  • Keep a pulse on Web3 trends, memes, and narratives — and leverage them creatively.

  • Help shape pod's broader GTM strategy.

You'll Be a Great Fit if You
  • Are a crisp, clear writer who can simplify complex technical concepts.

  • Can quickly grasp deep tech ideas and turn them into digestible content.

  • Know how to make things go viral — and have examples to prove it.

  • Are terminally online (or open to it) — especially on Telegram and X.

  • Self-starter mindset with a feel for community culture (e.g. Crypto Twitter).

  • Have a data-driven mindset and know how to measure what works.

Bonus Points if You
  • Bring a portfolio of high-performing crypto or Web3 content (memes, threads, videos, etc.).

  • Have stage presence and are excited about public speaking opportunities (podcasts, panels, etc.).

  • Understand blockchain scaling and cryptographic protocols.

  • Have experience writing developer or research-oriented technical documentation.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary.

  • A front-row seat to a groundbreaking layer-1 protocol, reshaping how blockchains work.

  • Creative freedom and influence in a fast-paced, ambitious startup.

  • Travel opportunities and thought leadership visibility in the crypto community.
