Responsibilities

  • Owning content strategy and telling the Kargo story, engaging our audience and scaling the way Kargo connects with the world across channels (e.g. email, social, website, blogs, and content-driven campaigns).
  • Manage the full lifecycle of content distribution from concept and copywriting, to scheduling, publishing, and performance optimization.
  • Create a variety of high quality content: case studies, SEO posts, sales collateral, presentation decks, webinar decks/scripts, blog posts, landing pages, newsletters, event and webinar copy, and more.
  • Capture customer success stories highlighting the impact of their partnership with Kargo.
  • Maintain a library of up-to-date materials (one-pagers, email templates, ad copy, pitch decks, etc) to support sales and marketing.
  • Track, test, iterate and optimize campaign messaging based on performance and feedback.

Experience

  • 2+ years experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related experience.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills: able to make complex ideas simple and compelling.
  • Ability to think creatively and bring out of the box ideas.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to changing requirements.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business or other equivalent experience.
