This role involves owning content strategy across channels, creating and analyzing marketing campaigns, and leveraging AI to optimize production.
The summary above was generated by AI

At LTV.ai, we're redefining email marketing for e-commerce brands by automating a lot of the day-to-day manual grunt work that goes into email marketing, from segmentation, to creating campaigns without designers, to personalization.

While increasing LTV and driving measurable growth, we help brands stay focused on what matters most - the customer.

Why join us?

We're a fast-moving team building a high-growth company that's transforming the e-commerce industry. As an early marketing hire, you'll own our content voice across all channels and play a defining role in how the market understands AI-native marketing.

You'll have the creative freedom to experiment, launch, and scale - with direct impact on pipeline and brand perception.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own and execute LTV.ai's content strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms

  • Ideate, produce, and publish high-velocity content that educates, entertains, and converts our target audience of e-commerce operators

  • Plan and execute breakthrough marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and inbound demand

  • Leverage AI tools to 10x your output - writing, editing, repurposing, and optimizing content at scale

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership to align messaging with business priorities and customer insights

  • Build systems and workflows that enable consistent, high-quality content production without bottlenecks

  • Analyze performance across channels and rapidly iterate based on what's working

  • Stay ahead of trends in AI, e-commerce, and retention marketing to keep our content fresh and differentiated

What we're looking for (ideally)

  • Experience is optional and not necessarily required

  • Deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem (or the ability to pick it up quickly) - you know what DTC operators care about and how they consume content

  • AI-first operator - you instinctively use AI to brainstorm ideas, draft copy, create visuals, and accelerate production without sacrificing quality

  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives

  • Data-driven mindset - you measure what matters and optimize relentlessly

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment where you own outcomes

  • Bonus: experience creating content for founder-led brands or technical products

Compensation + Benefits

  • Base depends a lot on the person but we reward A players

  • Equity included

If you're curious, ambitious, and hungry to build something big, feel free to email our founder directly [email protected] - we'd love to hear from you.
