  • Partner with web, demand generation, and analytics colleagues to improve organic conversion and connect content to qualified inbound opportunities.
  • Build a practical measurement dashboard and use findings to refine the editorial roadmap.

Research, Customer Stories, and Earned Visibility

  • Lead the flagship industry report, from editorial concept and research plan through production and distribution.
  • Develop a case study program and coordinate customer proof points with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.
  • Set priorities for the PR agency with the VP of Marketing and support speaking opportunities with relevant content and executive perspectives.

Experience

  • Strong B2B content marketing experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or another regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategy and personally produce strong writing, editing, and content across formats.
  • Experience running executive thought leadership, organic social, and search-led content programs.
  • Ability to make complex payment or financial topics clear and useful to business audiences.
  • Sound editorial judgment, comfort using performance data, and skill coordinating executives, peers, agencies, and customer stakeholders.

  • Priority content delivered on schedule, including the flagship report and industry content.
  • An expanded case study program with customer-approved, quantifiable results where available.

First 90 Days
