About UJV
Who Are We?

Planning and managing a 5-star vacation from scratch requires expertise, cleverness, and a genuine passion for detail. That's what UJV is all about. UJV is a service-driven team of experts that work behind the scenes, engineering luxury travel experiences for advisors globally, so they can grow their business and fully satisfy their exclusive clients.

We are the luxury travel advisor’s right hand. How?

  • UJV is a team of travel experts that advises and supports luxury travel advisors worldwide.
  • We work behind the scenes as allies of top luxury travel advisors, to offer a 5 Star experience for their clients.
  • We offer travel advisors the knowledge and tools needed to grow their business and better serve their exclusive clients.
  • We offer an experience-centered service based on passion, expertise, integrity
  • and attention to detail.
  • We are willing to do the hard work in order to see our clients shine.

The Mission: Breathtaking Destinations. Human Expertise.

We're not looking for a content writer. We're looking for a Content Strategist and Storytelling Architect who understands how to turn expertise into influence, content into engagement, and engagement into business growth.

Your mission is to make UJV the most trusted resource in the travel advisor community. You will create the content engine that educates, inspires, and activates advisors across every stage of their journey, proving that when advisors partner with UJV, they're partnering with the most knowledgeable and trusted experts in luxury travel.

You understand that great content doesn't exist to fill a calendar. It exists to build trust, drive action, and create measurable business impact.

What You'll Own

1. The Advisor Education Engine

You will build and lead UJV's content ecosystem across websites, blogs, destination guides, webinars, thought leadership, email content, and advisor resources. Your goal is to position UJV as the go-to source for luxury travel expertise across Africa, Europe, and the Tropics.

2. Multi-Brand Content Strategy

You will own the content strategy for the UJV Master Brand while developing tailored content approaches for UJV Africa, UJV Europe, and UJV Tropics. You'll ensure every piece of content supports regional priorities while reinforcing the broader UJV brand.

3. Editorial Leadership & Content Operations

You will own the editorial calendar and content pipeline, ensuring the right content is created, distributed, and optimized at the right time. You'll establish scalable systems and workflows that allow content production to grow alongside the business.

4. Content Performance & Attribution

You won't measure success by content volume alone. You'll understand how content influences website traffic, advisor engagement, webinar participation, lead generation, and business growth. You'll connect content performance to measurable outcomes and continuously optimize based on data.

5. AI-Powered Content Innovation

We leverage AI to move faster and smarter. You'll integrate AI tools into research, ideation, content production, optimization, and workflow management while ensuring the final output remains human, strategic, and aligned with the UJV brand voice.

Who You Are (The "Content Architect" DNA)

  • The Strategic Storyteller

You understand how to transform business priorities into compelling content. You don't create content for content's sake—you create content that educates, engages, and drives action.

  • The Editorial Leader

You have experience owning content strategy, not just content creation. You know how to manage editorial calendars, content pipelines, contributors, and publishing schedules while maintaining quality and consistency.

  • The Audience Expert

You know how to create content that solves real problems and answers real questions. You understand how to build trust through education and how to create resources that audiences genuinely value.

  • The Data-Driven Marketer

You care about performance as much as creativity. You understand attribution, reporting, SEO, engagement metrics, conversion pathways, and how content contributes to the customer journey.

  • The Cross-Functional Collaborator

You thrive working across marketing, sales, product, regional teams, and leadership. You can gather insights from multiple stakeholders and turn them into cohesive, strategic content initiatives.

  • 5–8 Years of Results

You've successfully built, managed, and optimized content programs that support brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

Technical Must-Haves

  • Expertise in content strategy development and editorial planning.
  • Experience owning and managing editorial calendars and content pipelines.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Deep understanding of content attribution, UTM tracking, campaign reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Experience creating and optimizing content across websites, blogs, email campaigns, webinars, social media, and SEO initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SEO content strategy and organic growth principles.
  • Experience with website CMS platforms, landing page creation, and content publishing workflows.
  • Exceptional long-form and short-form copywriting skills.
  • Ability to connect content performance to business outcomes and marketing objectives.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve content quality, efficiency, research, and production workflows.
  • Native-level English with exceptional written communication skills and strong editorial judgment.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Culture First

Our people are our priority. You'll be joining a team that values collaboration, innovation, and ownership.

  • Strategic Ownership

You'll own and shape the content strategy behind one of the fastest-growing luxury travel brands in the industry, with the freedom to build systems, processes, and programs that create lasting impact.

  • Global Impact

Your work will influence how thousands of travel advisors learn about, engage with, and sell some of the world's most extraordinary destinations across Africa, Europe, and the Tropics.

LatAm-based candidates are welcome to apply.

Candidates located outside the United States will be engaged under an independent contractor agreement. You will be responsible for managing your own social security and taxes in accordance with the regulations of your home country. Please take this into consideration before applying.
