Daxko is seeking a Video Producer to join our Content Marketing team to produce high-quality video content. As a Video Producer, you'll create engaging videos for social media, paid campaigns, and our website showcasing the value of Daxko's solutions to fitness operators, nonprofits, and community organizations. You'll use industry-standard tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Descript, Higgsfield AI) and AI technologies to work efficiently and bring ideas to life. To be successful in this role, you’ll need strong storytelling instincts, creativity, an understanding of how to structure video for different platforms and audiences, and the ability to work within our brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Format Selection — Assess project requirements, platform constraints, and audience behavior to determine the right video format, length, and editing approach.
- Video Production — Create engaging, informative videos for social media, paid campaigns, and website use. Execute production from concept through final delivery, selecting the most efficient tools and workflows for each project type.
- Graphic Design & Animation — Design infographics and moving iconography that enhance video storytelling.
- Content Strategy Collaboration — Work across the marketing team to develop video strategies that support our business goals. Video content is a mix of short-form (social clips, TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts), testimonials, product demos, webinar clips, and animated explainers based on content and campaign goals, plus platform requirements.
- AI & Automation — Use AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline production workflows and scale content output. Select the right tool for each task based on project needs.
- Quality & Brand Compliance — Ensure all video content meets Daxko brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Performance Analysis — Track video performance metrics by format and platform. Recommend improvements for future content based on what resonates with audiences.
- Project Management — Manage video production from concept through delivery. Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
