mabl is on a mission to empower software teams with an AI-powered low-code test automation platform that streamlines testing across web, mobile, API, accessibility, and performance. We enable everyone from global enterprises to fast-growing startups to integrate application testing into their development pipelines, accelerating their testing and boosting release cycles, regardless of technical experience.

In 2024, mabl was awarded its 5th AI Breakthrough Award, cementing its position as the #1 AI-powered testing platform in the world. While we continue to grow with the pace of technology, we also believe strongly in the value of culture (our most recent internal survey shows that 92% of our employees feel supported by the flexibility of their work, and 97% believe their manager genuinely cares about their wellbeing.)

To continue delivering on our mission of transforming the testing space, we’re looking for people to join our team of leaders, experts, innovators, and community builders. Our core values are: drive, authenticity, support, and insight; these are the foundation of our culture and a key part of what it means to be a mabler. We practice transparency, embrace collaboration, and lead with empathy while encouraging each other to bring our most authentic selves to work.

About the Role

mabl is seeking a high-impact, results-driven Content Marketing Manager to architect and execute our global content engine. This is a foundational role where you will be responsible for defining the playbook that transforms technical insights into a high-velocity, modular content strategy that drives brand authority and builds predictable pipeline.

You will bridge the gap between our product experts and our demand generation goals. You must be comfortable building the content calendar and driving each piece to publication. This role is critical to ensure mabl delivers a consistent, compelling story across all channels.

If you are passionate about AI driven software development and quality, creating authoritative thought leadership and helpful product content, and love working on agile teams, apply!

What You'll Do
  • Editorial Strategy & Planning: Design, build, and orchestrate the strategic thought leadership and technical content engine for key personas from quality engineers to CTOs. You will define the publishing cadence and strategy that allows the team to reuse assets across channels.
  • Execution & Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end execution of the editorial calendar. You will own and manage the production lifecycle from pulling in the right subject matter experts, resources, or reviewers to maintain content velocity, and own the writing of key pillar assets.
  • Omnichannel Distribution & Innovation: Build content with different channels in mind, such as social media (LinkedIn, YouTube), paid ads, or email. Develop a mix of formats, such as content spotlighting our internal experts, new styles of video, or content optimized for SEO/GEO.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Enablement: Establish a formalized rhythm with Product Marketing and Demand Gen to ensure technical accuracy and persona alignment. You will adapt mabl’s narrative for various stakeholders—from automation engineers to CTOs—ensuring technical depth never sacrifices marketing impact.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Commit to building an expert-level knowledge of the software testing landscape. You will translate complex technical concepts into a customer-forward voice that resonates with both practitioners and executives.
  • Measurement & Performance Rigor: Define and report on key content-level metrics. Use data to constantly iterate on our content types, identifying which "Big Rocks" are accelerating trials and pipeline to inform future investments.
About You
  • You have 6-8 years of B2B Marketing experience, with a focus on content strategy, editorial management, or communications.
  • You have experience in the software development or AI space and aren't afraid to learn a technical product to understand its value.
  • You excel in bringing clarity and structure to fast-moving environments. You are comfortable being the driver who maintains content velocity.
  • You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and RevOps to ensure content is actually used to create and accelerate qualified opportunities.
  • You bring strong analytical rigor, able to dig into GA4 or Salesforce metrics to communicate content performance clearly.
  • You’re excited to join a company where marketing-generated demand—fueled by elite content—is the primary driver of the business.
  • Demonstrated expertise in producing technical and thought-leadership content
  • Excellent writing/editing skills with executive presence and a customer-forward voice
  • Creative judgment and attention to detail; understands scalable design systems and brand consistency
  • Strong project management and stakeholder leadership across global, cross-functional teams

Even if you don't fit all of the requirements for our roles, but see yourself being successful at mabl, we encourage you to apply and we’d be excited to speak with you.
