We produce LinkedIn posts, lead magnets, email nurture sequences, paid ads, and landing pages designed to build trust and drive measurable results for our clients. Our operation is SOP-driven, meaning every piece of content follows a structured process to ensure consistency, clarity, and performance.

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented AI Content & Prompt Operations Specialist to help manage and improve our AI-assisted content workflow. This is a hybrid role combining content writing, editing, AI prompting, and quality control.

You will act as the human intelligence behind the AI, ensuring all generated content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our frameworks and quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with AI tools, and capable of refining content until it meets publication standards.

This is not a traditional writing role, it’s a content operations position focused on guiding AI systems, improving prompts, and ensuring the final output is clear, credible, and valuable for the reader.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Prompt Management

  • Write clear and structured prompts to guide AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT

  • Reprompt and refine instructions to improve AI outputs.

  • Maintain and improve the company’s prompt library for different content types.

  • Document prompt versions and improvements as workflows evolve.

  • Identify recurring AI errors and adjust prompts to improve results.

Content Writing

  • Draft blogs, LinkedIn posts, lead magnets, and other marketing content using AI-assisted workflows.

  • Follow structured SOPs for writing, including defining objectives, identifying audience awareness levels, and using approved templates.

  • Conduct research and fact-checking to ensure content credibility.

  • Ensure all content is clear, engaging, and aligned with audience needs.

Content Editing & Quality Control

  • Proofread and copy edit all content for grammar, clarity, tone, and accuracy.

  • Ensure consistency with style guides such as AP Style or Chicago Manual of Style when appropriate.

  • Review AI-generated outputs for factual errors or hallucinations.

  • Edit drafts to improve readability, engagement, and message clarity while maintaining the original voice.

  • Ensure hooks, messaging, and calls-to-action align with audience trust levels and content objectives.

Workflow & Content Operations

  • Manage the content production queue and track project progress.

  • Follow structured workflows and SOPs to ensure consistent output.

  • Flag issues or edge cases where prompts or processes need improvement.

  • Participate in calibration reviews to improve editing judgment and workflow efficiency.

Continuous Improvement

  • Document best practices for prompting and editing.

  • Share insights with the team to improve AI output quality.

  • Suggest workflow improvements when recurring issues appear.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content writing, editing, copy editing, or content operations.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • Strong research and fact-checking ability.

  • Ability to follow structured instructions and workflows consistently.

  • Comfortable working with AI tools and digital workflows.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

  • Background in QA, operations, content moderation, or data analysis.

  • Experience working in SOP-driven environments.

  • Experience in customer service or process-driven roles.
