What You Will Do In This Role

As a Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist at Inflect, you will be the voice, the visual storyteller, and the community heartbeat of our brand. This role is 30% graphic design and 70% marketing focus. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will help produce the end-to-end lifecycle of our content, from design to SEO-optimized blogs to the tactical "boots on the ground" engagement on social media and communities.

This isn't a role for someone who just wants to schedule and publish content; it’s for a creator who understands how to structure things across different mediums and knows exactly what tool to use at which stage to compile a finished product. You will be responsible for building our authority in the digital infrastructure space, ensuring that when people talk about data centers, cloud, or network services, they are talking about Inflect.

Who You Are

You are a multi-media creator who refuses to stay in one lane. You don't just write copy; you understand the mechanics behind why it ranks. You have a keen eye for design and love thinking outside of the box with your graphic design skills. You possess the unique ability to balance great design with functionality and startup speed. You are a strategist who happens to be a master of execution, thriving when you’re expected to bring original ideas to the table and then actually build the assets to bring those ideas to life.

You likely have a visceral reaction to B2B content or missed PR opportunities. You possess a "Can-do" attitude and the commitment to reach a high standard no matter what it takes. You view yourself as a "Force Multiplier," utilizing tools like Gen-AI not as a shortcut, but as a lever to produce higher-quality value. Unlike others who just "ask AI questions," you guide it, leverage multiple models for their specific strengths, and have them self-check each other to extend your own capability.

You will excel in this role if you feel like we’re talking about you when we say the ideal candidate brings the following to the table:

  • Architecture & Creativity: Ability to structure content from scratch, making assumptions, predictions, and testing them out through critical thinking.
  • Content Experience: Experience in running social media accounts. Personally owning social media accounts or being a content creator/influencer is a massive plus.
  • Design Taste: At least 2 years of real-world graphic design experience (Canva, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, other tools). Experience in video editing is a plus.
  • Community Native: Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, Reddit, forums, and community marketing.
  • Attitude: "Can-do" spirit, willingness to learn, and a commitment to getting the work done to a high standard.

Who We Are

We're revolutionizing the way companies buy and sell digital infrastructure (Datacenter, cloud, and network services), and we're extremely proud of that. Digital infrastructure services are the building blocks of the internet and at the core of every industry. Traditionally, it's been bought manually through service provider salespeople, resulting in high costs, slow procurement cycles, and services that aren't the best fit - slowing down the ability of companies to build and innovate. Inflect's marketplace and advisory are removing friction so any company can get what they need, when they need it, with the right deal terms. By achieving our mission, we unlock businesses to build and human innovation to inflect!

Of course, we're also a startup, and it's important that you understand what that means if you work for us. We work quick, we work smart, we work hard, and the road to success is filled with some of the highest highs, but also has its fair share of lows. If you're looking for the same thing day in and day out, this will not be the place for you. (And that's totally okay!) We're all owners of Inflect -full time employees receive option grants-, and we know that we're the reason we'll achieve our goals, or we'll be the reason we don't. So believe me when I say that we're hell bent on achieving our goals. If this sounds like the kind of environment you would thrive in then we'd love to have you!

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

Content & Architecture Engine:

  • Multimedia Architecture: Design high-impact visual images, infographics, and videos (using Canva or similar). You must understand how to compile different content pieces together into a cohesive campaign.
  • Aesthetic Balance: Apply your keen eye for design to ensure every asset balances high-end visual excellence with functional clarity and speed.
  • Editorial Ownership: Create SEO-optimized blogs and copywriting. You’ll be expected to confidently guide Gen-AI to scale your output while maintaining a high standard of original value.
  • Structural Logic: Map out how content flows across different stages of the buyer journey, ensuring we use the right tools for the right objectives.

Community, Outreach & Branding:

  • Community Running: Actively manage and grow Inflect's presence in forums and communities like Reddit. You will build authentic relationships through "boots on the ground" engagement rather than just broadcasting.
  • Social & Marketing Outreach: Lead direct outreach to potential buyers, partners, and service providers to build our digital network and foster industry relationships.
  • Branding & Voice: Act as the heartbeat of our brand, ensuring a consistent, high-energy, and professional voice across all social channels and digital interactions.
  • PR & Award Management: Own the preparation and submission process for industry awards and handle outreach for guest blogging or podcast placements via platforms like Featured.com.

What Benefits We Offer

  • Fully covered health insurance options through a major health insurance provider for both you and your family (you pay $0)
  • 100% remote work environment - seriously!
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Dental and Vision insurance available with widely used providers
  • Option grants begin vesting after year 1 - you own a piece of Inflect
