TITLE:                                    Content Specialist III

HOURS:                                  Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

DUTIES:                                 Implement the manual taxonomy changes for browse navigation and attribution category structures within Hybris;
Create import files in text, Excel, or Hybris impex formats for large taxonomy changes utilizing Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel to prepare content for import to the systems;
Develop and maintain the SOP documentation for implementing taxonomy changes within the systems;
Create, implement, support, and refine chatbot functionality to improve self-service AI agents;
Assist in United Nations Standard Products Code (UNSPSC) and Services mapping for our web properties and management of the Taxonomy and IA Request Task List;
Support the global product model attribution strategy by working with Product Information
Analysts to govern required attribute sets per taxonomy category as well as the set of attributes to be available for search refinement per taxonomy category;
Review requests for new sections of web pages, providing strategic direction and advice to
align page titles and URLs to our enterprise standards, as well as situating new content within the overall IA methodology of the sites.
Up to 10% domestic travel required.

REQUIREMENTS:                  MINIMUM Education Requirement: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Management, Information Technology, or related field of study. MINIMUM Experience Requirement: 1 year of Website taxonomy management, information architecture, information management, data management, database management, or related experience. Alternative Education and Experience Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Management, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 3 years of Website taxonomy management, information architecture, information management, data management, database management, or related experience.  Required knowledge or experience with: Advanced data manipulation techniques within Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, including the use of macros; AWS Cloud storage systems; SPARQL and graph-based databases and concepts: Objects, Tables, Queries, Relationships; Building ontologies and knowledge graphs; Data visualization tools: Tableau, PowerBI; XML, Java, Python and SQL; DBeaver; eClass taxonomy system.

Salary: $174637 to $186000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

The salary pay range estimated for this position Content Specialist III based in California is $174,637.00–$186,000.00.
