Netic is the AI revenue engine for essential services who are the backbone of the American economy.

With $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field who led our Series B, we helped our customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America. There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic.

You’ll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.

About the role

Netic serves the most essential businesses in America, and each one has a story worth telling.

The family-owned HVAC company that has served its community for decades.

The pest control business that won its first customers through grit and ingenuity.

The wellness center finding new ways to grow membership and keep people coming back.

In this Content & Storytelling role, you’ll bring those stories to life.

You’ll create videos, written content, and other storytelling assets that show how essential businesses use AI to grow revenue, operate more effectively, and deliver a better customer experience. You’ll spotlight the people behind these businesses, turn their wins into compelling narratives, and create content that helps others learn from them.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to tell the stories of the businesses that keep the real world running.

You will
  • Tell the stories of Netic customers and industry leaders across video, articles, social content, and more, turning the people we feature into heroes.

  • Own Netic’s organic social presence and help build the playbook for how we show up across Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.

  • Create helpful, engaging content such as email newsletters, product guides, and educational resources that help businesses get more value from Netic.

  • Support go-to-market efforts with high-impact sales and marketing assets, including case studies, one-pagers, and other enablement materials.

What brings us together is our commitment to:

  • Live to build

  • Run through walls and win

  • Obsess over customers in each line of code

  • Lose sleep over the "almost perfect"

  • Show internal locus of control

  • Prioritize finesse: refinement of first principles thinking, execution, and craftsmanship
